If you are an OWNER or a PROMOTER, either in-house for, or under an exclusivity contract with, an indoor or outdoor venue which provides live performance shows, concerts and/or public events on a semi-regular basis, at minimum; and you are interested in booking one of THE FOAM FANATICS events & becoming a destination stop, on our upcoming or future tour; please fill out the following BOOKING REQUEST FORM & we will provide you with a customized estimate/price quote to book one of THE FOAM FANATICS events/tours at your venue on the date(s) you requested. Initial estimates/price quotes are subject to change/negotiations and will ultimately serve as the foundation for the Contract between the parties.
On the BOOKING REQUEST FORM, all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory & necessary to ensure a prompt & accurate response to your Booking Request. Additionally, please attach any information about your venue (such as, dimensions & total square footage; how many alcoholic beverage stations are on site...indoors vs. outdoors; number of bartenders & waitresses will be working at the event; is there any outdoor space accessible by guests; how many in house security/door staff; diagram of venue indicating locations of stage, speakers, A/V display monitors/screens, venue entries/exits, bathrooms, etc.; any special equipment or features already at your venue; etc.) which would help us, to better visualize & design THE FOAM FANATICS' concept to best fit & suit your venue, and to provide the best, most optimal experience for your attendees. In addition to details about your venue, please feel free to attach photos, video clips, diagrams, etc. Please make sure that each attached file is no more than 10 MB (and the total size of all attachments combined, must be less than 15 MB). And most types of file formats are acceptable, as attachments to our online BOOKING REQUEST FORM (for a complete list, go to our CONTACT US Page & send us an email message requesting the list of all acceptable types of file formats for attachments to any online forms contained on this website).
**PLEASE NOTE: Before submitting an online BOOKING REQUEST FORM refer to "THE FOAM FANATICS Event Booking Prerequisites Checklist" located at the bottom of this page, and verify that your venue has all the production elements required to book our foam parties. In the event that you do not have, or cannot provide all of the Event Booking Prerequisites listed below, you can still book THE FOAM FANATICS' events at your venue; however, you will be required to purchase a Supplemental Production Package from us, at an additional cost (which will be added, on top of the price quoted to you, in the customized estimate which you received in response to your BOOKING REQUEST FORM).
To request a Supplemental Production Package, customized and priced according to your specific venue's production capabilities vs. needs, please click on the SUPPLEMENTAL PRODUCTION PACKAGE REQUEST button at the bottom of this page. And to ensure that you receive the most accurate & lowest pricing for your custom-tailored Supplemental Production Package, in the online Supplemental Production Package Request that you submit, you must first provide us with a list of the production elements (and the types of equipment/specs) which you already have on site, such as staging, lighting, sound system, microphone system, video & graphics/AV system, etc. In addition to the technical production elements & equipment, please let us know whether you will be providing in-house techs/staff to: (1) do general set up & build the various production areas (staging, set designs/backdrops, DJ booth/area, foam pit, emergency & medical triage area); (2) run the technical components during the event (especially controlling, designing and executing lighting in coordination with the music/strobes/lasers/other specialty lights, video displays & AV special effects & operating and monitoring the sound system & microphones for the DJ and performing artists); and (3) act as event security staff & support staff to medical personnel/EMT's. You can use "THE FOAM FANATICS Event Booking Prerequisites Checklist" at the bottom of this Page, as a guideline to compile your list of production elements, equipment & staff which you already have on site, or will provide for THE FOAM FANATICS event, at your venue.
THE FOAM FANATICS will bring a highly specialized production crew to your venue to pick up & finish the set up & staging work, unique to our foam parties, after your staff completes the general set up, staging & set building. Additionally, we provide all the event acts & entertainers (DJ's, dancers, musicians, acrobats, performing artists, etc.). And of course, we will provide the materials, equipment & staff necessary to produce THE FOAM! Our event management team will be there during pre-production to work with your staff, and throughout the entire foam party to monitor & oversee the entire event & to guarantee an exceptional experience for all party goers in attendance! Our staff will be focused on providing a seamless production of a SAFE and FUN event, a FOAM party that everyone will enjoy! And that's why we need our venues to provide the bare minimum production requirements necessary for any live performance show!
PRIOR to booking a foam party event produced by THE FOAM FANATICS, a venue must first confirm, at minimum, that they have the following production elements, equipment and staff onsite:
